Owing to the presence of sound professionals, we offer Online Cutting Machines. The unit travels on frictionless linear motion guides and is driven by a Servo motor. For cutting the strip/section, the line does not have to stop. The unit accelerates, matches the line speed, and cuts the exact length. Cutting is done by a hydraulic cylinder. Cylinder strokes can be adjusted as needed. Speed and length measurement is done by Encoder of high PPR to get excellent length accuracy. As the cutting is done without stopping the line, using this machine boosts line production.
