Product Description
Owing to the presence of sound professionals, we are able to offer Flying Shear (Shearing Machines). The unit travels on frictionless linear motion guides and is driven by Servo motor. For shearing the strip / section, the line does not have to stop. The unit accelerates, match the line speed and cut the exact length. Shearing is being done by hydraulic cylinder. Cylinder strokes can be adjusted as per the need. Speed and length measurement is done by Encoder of high PPR to get excellent length accuracy.
