Product Description
Rewinding Machine (Rewinding Line) is used when a metal coil has to undergo a process of batch annealing after rolling. The coil is tightly wound during the process of cold rolling, which is not suitable and the tension is to be reduced before the coil is processed for batch annealing. The coil is rewound with lower tension in rewinding line. These lines are also used for surface inspection of the rolled coils, thereby saving productive time of rolling. Entry coil car, coil threading device (snubber & peeler table), wiper unit, pressure pad, recoiler with pusher, two arm unloader, and exit coil car are some of the key equipments of the machine.Enter Buying Requirement Details
